The Virginia Statewide Community Land Trust creates permanently affordable homeownership opportunities by working with public and private sector partners in communities across the Commonwealth.

VSCLT welcomes John Emmeus Davis, one of the nation’s most respected CLT experts, to share the findings of the recent publication Preserving Affordable Homeownership: Municipal Partnerships with Community Land Trusts. Davis will discuss the most effective tools local governments have used to make CLTs work across the US.
